Dumbbell Bench:
60x7 (dunno, 6 felt too easy)
65x6
70x6
75x6
80x3 (probably could have done 1 more if I rested some more between the previous set and this one)
Rows,
did sets of 10 with 80s and 75s. It's been a while since I've done them.
All in all, I think I'm maintaining strength which is good. I think that'll be my main goal as I try to get leaner. Also, fantasy draft, it was all right, but I really should have picked a running back sooner than the third round. Definitely don't want to make that mistake in tomorrow's draft. Although I think my team's decent, especially if Michael Turner is as good as I think he is and Andre Johnson doesn't get hurt.
