8/02

Upper-body workout, it was all right I guess, though I'm still stuck at 185 for the bench. My biceps felt really swollen after pull-ups, so I think I worked them hard. I'm looking forward to doing squats, hoping for a big day there.

I may need to do more deltoid work, so I guess I'll get on that.


Food:
40 pieces of sushi
3 little cups of green tea
6 bite-sized cakes
Protein shake
2/3 of a Protein shake
Chinese food

On another note, its Brian's last day. I'm gonna miss his car...j/k. He's a cool guy and I'm gonna miss those weekend adventures and meals.
