Done with SURF!!! Such a good feeling, now all I'm going to do is comment. I swear, not even touching the existing code. Did some liftin' too, squats felt pretty good.
Squats:
185x6
195x6
205x6

225x6
235x6 (never done this before. then again never really lifted 235, it was either 225 or 245)
245x3 (tired out from the previous set, still not bad I guess)
Food:
Lots of peanut butter
Mediterannean food
Subway
Sun Chips (prolly not the best thing, but hell I won it)
I'm trying to get leaner to a degree, I think being 170 and this strong would be good.
