I actually played tennis today. Yeah, it's only been like 6 months since that happened. As you can imagine, I played pretty poorly, especially at the start. But towards, the end of the hour I was at least having rallies, and my backhand was still solid. It didn't help that I could hardly bend from the deadlift workout yesterday, but given all that, I thought I did all right. Like, at least my conditioning was not terrible, I was able to chase down balls, and even though I was sweating like crazy, my opponent was too, so I didn't feel totally out of shape. I think it's good to do stuff like this from time to time, keep my body guessing.
