Off-day:
I felt like going out for a run, but my legs/back were too shot from deadlifts yesterday. Ended up running a mile. Wasn't breathing heavy at all, so I guess my cardio fitness must be improving.
Food:
Dim sum
Protein shake
Chicken breast footlong subway
Tuna footlong subway
And I got paid...biiitch! Tomorrow I'm going for it, the dreaded 195.
