8/12

I did upper-body yesterday, think I felt good with the pull-ups because I was able to maintain my # of reps through all the sets. I did incline yesterday, so it's hard to say if I had a good day or not.

Bench:
135x6
145x5
155x2
135x6 (this set felt really easy)
135x5 (should have taken a bit more of a break)

Pull-ups, did 6 for 4 sets. I think I could have done 7 on the first couple, but I wanted to save some for the rest of the workout. Next time I'll try for 7's all around.
