Off-day:
Did absolutely nothing in terms of exercise today, but it's all good. I'm glad SURF is drawing towards an end, because lately all I've been doing is trying to make the system compatible with these changes without breaking, and it's a painfully slow process. Still, I think this'll end up being an excellent experience for me, as I've definitely gotten better at testing stuff and making little hacks to avoid problems. Deadlifts on Friday, gotta LIFT BIG!
