Man, these last couple days, all I want to do is lift. Hell, I even learned how to do cleans. It makes a huge difference too, I can tell that this attitude difference is going to lead to gains.

75x5 (woulda been real nice to get that last one, still a pretty good job)
Dumbbell Rows

95x10 (only did 8 on the left side)
That last set of dumbbell rows was unreal, 90 used to be my max, and I made 95 look like 90.
