Have been gymmin' semi-regularly, although this past week I got this nasty bug from alley 2, so I'm looking forward to getting back in terms of strength and endurance.

335x1 (more ceremonial than anything, i might have puked if i went all out.)
I went for a run today. Did 2 miles in 15 minutes and it seemed pretty easy, like I wasn't completely gassed at the end.
