10/21

Have been gymmin' semi-regularly, although this past week I got this nasty bug from alley 2, so I'm looking forward to getting back in terms of strength and endurance.

A few days ago:
deadlifts:

245x6
275x6
295x6
315x6
335x1 (more ceremonial than anything, i might have puked if i went all out.)

I went for a run today. Did 2 miles in 15 minutes and it seemed pretty easy, like I wasn't completely gassed at the end.

RAM 3.0

Yea it's been a while, I've been doing a lot of staying in my room and coding this past week. But yea, I'm feeling really good with my lifts, especailly my deadlift. I've actually gotten better even after losing like 4 pounds. I've pretty much maintained bench, and kind of went down on squats.

315x6
335x4 (never done it before, made sure to growl extra loud for that last rep)

This is gonna be a big year, I can feel it!
