Off-day:
Did 2 sets of 45 seconds of punching. I'm going to try for 3 sets tomorrow. I think my squat's coming back, was able to do 225x6 yesterday without much trouble. I think doing cardio from time to time really helps, I'll probably do a couple sets of punching everyday, along with a run every so often.

Chunky Strawberry smoothie
Chicken breast footlong Subway
