Squats

Here's my squat workout, I cut it short to do hamstring exercises (leg curls)

Squats:
135x10
185x10
195x10
215x10 (wasn't that bad actually, i was super intense)

Leg Curls:
50x10
50x10 (7 on left leg)

Bench Plateau Gone!

I'm back to serious liftin', it's official. Benched today, two PRs, 155x10 and 165x7. At this rate, 200 should be no problem!

Bench:
135x10
155x10
165x7

Rows:
85x10
90x10
95x10 (kinda sketchy at the end)

Tricep Pull:
60x10
50x10
40x10

Tomorrow, gonna try a new squat PR, 215x10.
