11/27

Wow, it's been a while. I've kind of been neglecting the gym for a while now, but I'm gettin' back in the game:

Dumbbell bench
55x9 or 10
65x6
70x6

Dumbbell row
75x10
80x10
85x10

Leg Lift
20x10
20x8
20x6

I also did some curls, I haven't lost that much strength so I'm happy about that. I guess it's Thanksgiving now, so I should probably sleep to make the dinner. Looking back on this term so far, I guess I can say that it's been fun for the most part. Except for this getting an internship thing, but I feel like I've learned a lot this term, both technically and otherwise. Just gotta finish strong.
