Squatting Again

So tennis season is done for the term, back to the gym.

Squatted today:

135x10
155x10
175x10
185x10
205x7...then 205x3 five seconds later, so it's kind of like 205x10

I weighed myself, I'm 165 pounds, lost five pounds because of tennis! So I guess that means I'm on TRACK to getting JACKed!

215x10 (wasn't that bad actually, i was super intense)

Leg Curls:
50x10
50x10 (7 on left leg)

Bench Plateau Gone!

I'm back to serious liftin', it's official. Benched today, two PRs, 155x10 and 165x7. At this rate, 200 should be no problem!

Bench:

95x10 (kinda sketchy at the end)

Tricep Pull:
60x10
50x10
40x10

Tomorrow, gonna try a new squat PR, 215x10.

India

So yea, I'm in India. And yes, I haven't used toilet paper. There also really aren't any weights here, so I've had to make do with push-ups and ab exercises. Also, not so much meat either :-(. On the plus side though, I did 50 push ups relatively easily, so I'm feeling good there. I think the goal is just to maintain. Also, it is pretty boring here, pretty much reading programming interview books and stuff. I guess I'll write random articles about India if I'm bored enough.

Did quite a few sets of power clean, 2xfront squats, push press, and 2x hang cleans. Cleans are pretty fun. Finals are not. Probably start studying tomorrow.
